Tidalbee

Empowered Collaboration for every task you need

Hi, I’m Brittany.

And this is why I started Tidalbee.

What I Learned Early

Even without a degree, the right people, small kindnesses, and real connection opened every door for me.

Who I Became

I became a project manager. Not because I had the perfect path — but because I understood people, pressure, and purpose.

My Why

People always ask: “What actually makes you happy?”

My answer has never changed: Helping others. Truly, fully, without holding back.

The Truth

But pouring into others all the time? It empties your cup fast. And I realised: I can’t pour endlessly unless the work also sustains me.

The Pivot

So I created Tidalbee — a business built on what I love: connecting people, helping communities grow, giving recognition, and guiding those who feel left behind by the digital world.

The Mission

Tidalbee exists to bring humanness back into work. To bridge the gap between generations. To make people feel seen, supported, and capable.

The Full Circle

After everything I’ve lived through, I wrote a book — Seven & Twenty7 — my story of breaking, healing, and rebuilding.

And then I built a business from the very thing that kept me going: helping people.

Closing

This is me. This is Tidalbee. A life rebuilt into a purpose. A purpose built into a company.

Call to Community

If you believe in connection, growth, and people — welcome. You’re already part of the hive.

Seven & Twenty7

— by Brittany Dry | TidalBee

A memoir and witness rooted in South Africa, yet reaching beyond it, Seven & Twenty7 traces the fault lines of love, loss, and faith. It is a reminder that healing is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to the soul you carried all along — written with the weight of memory and the grace of survival.

About the Book

A South African coming-of-age across moves, losses, and the slow, stubborn return to self. Written in a voice that feels like a late-night kitchen table chat — honest.

“I met my seven-year-old soul again. In the unlearning, I began to feel whole.”
